Shipping policy

At Pro Insulation and Fence, we are committed to delivering your fencing and outdoor living products safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150.

  • Orders under $150 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.95.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping): 6-13 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the continental United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Guam

  • APO/FPO military addresses

Large and Oversized Items

Some fencing materials, fence panels, fence posts, garden trellises, and large outdoor planters may require special handling due to size or weight. These shipments may be delivered by freight carriers and may require a delivery appointment.

Additional delivery instructions will be provided when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Customers may use the tracking number to monitor shipment progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product.

If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
