At Pro Insulation and Fence, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the terms outlined below.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Free from signs of installation, damage, or excessive wear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or altered after delivery

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product was defective upon arrival

For oversized fencing materials, fence panels, fence posts, trellises, or large outdoor planters, additional return shipping charges may apply due to freight carrier requirements.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically issued within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
